What materials and inks are used in the printing process?
We use only archival papers and hi-definition inks. Archival quality means your print will last for generations! Our fine art paper is heavy stock acid-free art paper with a soft matte finish. Canvas is coated cotton wrapped around wood bars. Frames are 2-inch black wood frames.
How are items packaged and shipped?
Paper prints are packaged in cello sleeves and shipped flat in a padded mailer with cardboard for maximum protection. 11x14 and larger sizes are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.
Canvas and framed prints are shipped flat in protective packaging.
Standard shipping is provided by the US Postal Service (USPS). Expedited shipping options and prices are available at checkout.
Do you provide expedited shipping?

Can I ship my item as a gift?
Yes! When you complete your checkout, mark your order as a gift and include an optional personal message. Enter your gift recipient's name and address in the Shipping Address section and put your name and address in the Billing section. Your gift will be wrapped with a pretty ribbon and will be shipped directly to your gift recipient. For more detailed information - see the Gift Orders info page.
Can the color or size of any prints be changed?
Yes! Colors can be customized and we can usually accommodate special size requests. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us with your special request and we’ll help with the details.
Do you provide frames?
Yes! Many of our framed prints are in our shop. All our prints can be framed so if you don't see the print of your dreams shown in the shop with a frame please contact us for pricing and other details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We work with customers from around the world, and are happy to ship everywhere! Standard shipping for orders outside the United States is via USPS First Class International Air Mail.
Is there a place I can see the prints in person?
We're an online shop only. If you'd like to see the paper and print quality before making a purchase, consider purchasing a color guide. We print the color guide using the same paper and ink as our full size prints.
